I read, observe, and think.

My work is rooted in understanding people, systems, and the patterns that shape how we live, relate, and grow. I am drawn to complexity—how different perspectives can exist at the same time, how truth can be layered, and how meaning is shaped by what is seen and what is not.

I write to explore and reveal.

Across books, essays, and creative work, I examine human behavior, question assumptions, and bring forward ideas that are often present but not fully acknowledged. My work moves between the analytical and the intuitive, grounded in observation and shaped by a commitment to truth.

Some of this work takes form through ongoing series and concepts, including Unseparate Stories and Parenting by Instinct, with others continuing to evolve.

I share this work through writing, speaking, and conversation.

This is where that work lives.
